A spectacular 1920s Cerutty/Collins (R67c) note in superior condition and already commanding a great interest headlines our third edition of Portfolio which is now available.
On top of that, our previous listing of Type 1 $10 Specimen, which drew multiple orders, has led to a complete set now being available, but move fast, we expect tremendous interest.
Of course, just a few weeks out from the NZ election, and Kiwi notes are proving very popular right across the Australasian and South Pacific investment basin, while one of the world's most famous banknote 'errors' - the Seychelles 'SEX' note - punctuates an expanding range for British Colonial and QE II Portrait hunters.
It's a wonderful time to further explore your collectable and investment potential after the 2010 Cooper Review into Self-Managed Superannuation Funds heralded significant changes at legislative level, confirming banknotes as a legitimate and highly sought-after form of long-term investment.
In Edition 3 of Portfolio we offer a beautiful balance from the history-rich Australian 10 Shilling notes, the century-old first distinctive Commonwealth issues, a selection of highly sought after pre-decimal treasures, the five-note set commemorating the conversion to decimal currency on Valentine's Day 1966, and a stunning Specimen £1 from the Bank of New Zealand (already sold!). Take a look, and delve into cherished history.
From all of us at John Pettit Rare Banknotes, I hope you enjoy Portfolio 3.
Should you require a copy please contact the office directly on (02) 9235 0888 during business hours.
Kind regards
John Pettit
