$10 (ten dollars) AUSTRALIA 26.1.1988 Specimen Type 4 Signatures Johnston and Fraser. Specimen notes are clearly the most highly sought after items in the polymer series. They are in demand because of they are extremely scarce and are pursued by both serious polymer collectors and those who collect specimen notes. The Type 4 Polymer is similar to the previous three styles in that the serial numbers are all zeros. Like the Type Three each note is individually numbered. However the word 'SPECIMEN' is in smaller lettering and placed more subtly so that the main design of the note is not materially affected. #1724. RSP29a. PNL.
